馬克思的《共產黨宣言》N年後催生了俄國十月革命。很快，蘇俄在中國建立了共產國際的支部中共及網路。國共之間由於意識形態的嚴重分歧而合作破裂並反目成仇後，中共在蘇俄扶持下建立了多個效忠莫斯科、旨在顛覆民國政府及摧毀中華傳統文明的所謂“中華蘇維埃”國中之國，由此帶來二十多年的中華民族同根相煎相恨相殺。由於民國政府陷入日本全面侵華及共軍武裝叛亂的內憂外患中，在當時共產主義思潮席捲全球的時代背景下，1949年中共最終奪取大陸全境政權，民國政府被迫遷至臺灣，由此造成至今對臺灣的政治軍事威脅。如今，中華民國在臺灣早已進化為日益成熟的自由民主憲政體制，獲得了全球自由民主文明國家的一致認可，臺灣公民護照在全球自由民主國家全部享受免簽證待遇（而中共國公民這一待遇至今為零），即是最有力的證明。
與此同時，中國大陸已一躍成為全球第二大經濟體。遺憾的是，中國大陸的政治並未跟經濟同步發展，不僅如此，中共政權早已異化為類政教合一的官僚特權專制極權政權，對全世界的自由民主法治與人權構成了嚴重的威脅。在這種情況下，一個小小的臺灣如何才能徹底消除中共政權的政治與軍事威脅？為什麼說保護臺灣成本最低最有效的武器並不是美國的航母戰鬥群？為什麼說甚至不需要一枚導彈的錢就可以讓臺灣獲得永久性的和平與安全？

Imagine: If China is now a free and democratic country like any one among South Korea or R.O.C. Taiwan which share the same history and culture with China,or Polland/3 Baltic states etc which once shared the same communism with nowaday China, would the Russian Putin regime had dared to launch such an evil and brutal war of aggression against Ukraine? Would thousands of innocent Ukrainian people have lost their relatives and homes? The fate of mankind is closely related, and no one can ignore it.
